Is anyone using a good shared hosting or VPS?

I need some suggestions or support to choose a good shared hosting or VPS.

My sites are over load with shared and I should switch to a new hosting provider or should I go with a VPS?

I am sure you will need a VPS hosting for your case, if you don't want to lose your customers or visitors while your site is over load with cpu usage.

You should consider switching to VPS if you are noticing poor performance of your sites. A VPS that is using SSD drives and has a decent RAM allocation and preferably on 1Gbps upstream should provide much better results for your websites. Hopefully the drives will be in RAID 10 for data redundancy and better I/O performance.
