Should i translate my blog to 2 or 3 languages?

I have a blog and i am wondering should i update my content in multiple languages?
Is is worth it really, or should i stick only to English, as it is the most spoken in the world?

If you have option to translate then yes, at least to some other popular languages like Spanish, German or based by your visitors stats.
